Indeed ask: Concept + design a multi-day series of B2B experiential events for 400 attendees from across the U.S. in Austin, Texas. This activation, Indeed's first foray into experiential marketing led to my company becoming Indeed's east coast AOR facilitating the Interactive series for the following three years.
Indeed Interactive brings together thought leaders and talent acquisition professionals from all over the United States to discuss the trends transforming organization. Every night attendees enjoy experiential parties – this was the piece we brought to life.
On night one, we partnered with local ATX artist Todd Sanders to create an immersive Neon Jungle with interactive components. The following night we transformed the Container Bar into a concert venue featuring ATX fan favorites the Spazmatics. Each night offered an array of interactive moments that created connection amongst the gathered attendees.
Interactivity was brought to artistic life with the inclusion of light responsive effects: dancers utilized motion sensing LED to exciting effect; Audio responsive LED walls augmented our singer's performance; while an interactive dance floor installed atop the pool at Hotel Van Sandt had guests creating their own light show.
